Nanika Lake Lodge is another fly-in remote operation. The Lodge is 1000 sq feet and situated on a rocky point with a vista of Nanika Lake and the surrounding snow-capped peaks above. The Lodge has three separate sleeping rooms plus a loft. The place will sleep 9 to 10 persons and has a dinning room over looking the lake and a sitting relaxation room with large windows looking out on the surroundings. Heating is by a wood heater in the relaxation room and a pellet stove in the dinning room. There is a separate kitchen with a propane cook stove, a propane grill, propane refrigerator and propane lights throughout the Lodge. The Lodge is also wired for solar lighting which is planned for the near future. We have a propane heat on demand shower system for everyone to cleanup during their stay. We also have a shed for storage and on one end there is a composting toilet, as the place is built on rock and we need a safe system for toilet facilities. At the Lodge we have a wharf and two 14 foot boats with fifteen horse motors for transportation on the fifteen mile long lake.

We hunt for Mountain Goat on the surrounding mountains and Moose in the various sub alpine meadows that are located in numerous locations around the lake. The fishing is excellent and a great pass-time for clients during the mid-day or after their successful hunt. This is a very beautiful location and the facilities are the most deluxe, a place for the whole family to enjoy.
