Kidprice Lake Operation
The Kidprice Lake Operation is a fly-in access only. Kidprice Lake is about five miles long. The head of the lake is where the upper Nanika River enters with the Lower Nanika River departing about half way along the lake.
Water flows out of Kidprice Lake and drops over the beautiful Nanika Falls. Great fishing for Bull Trout and Rainbow Trout exist below the falls. The Lake is at the base of the Coastal Mountains. We use this area for the Fly-in Moose Hunts and Mountain Goat Hunts. This whole area is now under a Park Proposal and should be in place with in five years.
The cabin is situated on the lake shore and facing towards the snow-capped peaks of Mount Nye and the end of lake where the upper Nanika River enters. Our cabin is two rooms and sleeps four in the bedroom, while the other room houses the kitchen, dinning room and sitting room. The cabin is heated by a wood heater with propane for lights, stove and fridge. We also use a portable shower to clean up during our stay. This is a beautiful location and a great place to stay while hunting.
