Nanika Guiding Ltd.’s Booking Policy is based on first come first served. The prices for the hunts are offered per hunter based on the number of hunters in the group. The price per hunter is reduced as the number in the group increased. This policy offers a savings to the hunter and gives the hunters incentive to find a partner or two, to help cut costs of the hunt, which can be put towards the cost of travel from their home to my base and home again. There is a deposit required to book a hunt and this must be paid before the hunt is considered booked and the dates reserved. My fly-in hunts require a deposit of $1500.00 per hunter and the non fly-in hunts require a deposit of $500.00 per hunter. The remaining amount of the hunt is required when the hunter arrives for the hunt. If the hunt is booked one or two years in advance, I require a deposit of $200.00 per hunter and the remaining deposit is due on January 15th of the year the hunt will take place. Many of my repeat hunters use this option to hold their preferred dates. If the hunter needs to cancel his hunt, the deposit is forfeited. All money paid to Nanika Guiding Ltd., must be paid by certified cheque (check), money order, traveler’s cheque (check) or cash.
Upon booking and before hunting, each hunter must sign the Liability Waiver form (which can be printed out for the website) the form must also be witnessed. Hunters under the age of twelve must have a guardian sign the form to take responsibility for the under aged hunter.
There is also a list of Rules & Regulations that can be printed from the website and these rules must be abided by, and if they are not, the hunt can be cancelled by Nanika Guiding Ltd. Please print them from the site and be familiar with them. We want your hunt to be safe and enjoyable.
Nanika Guiding Ltd., also has an Equipment List list of gear that is printable from the website, which the hunter should use as a guide while packing his personal gear. We have to restrict the size and weight for our fly-in hunts, a person does not need a change of cloths for everyday of the hunt.
